All Banks and lenders review your interest rate during the year or come out with discounts and cash back offers for new clients.
Our review lets you take advantage of those competitive rates and offers with the annual review report.
What we review?
Here are some of the items we review:
- Rate comparison: Is your interest rate competitive?
- Change of situation: We will ask you if your needs or requirements have changed?
- This includes future plans, such as renovations, investment strategy
- Are you using the loan effectively? Do you need an offset facility?
- If your loan is Interest only when does it expire? How does this affect your repayments?
- Are you experiencing financial hardship? Do you have other loans, that may benefit from debt consolidation? Eg: credit card debt
*Free Property report.
- A free property report provided by Core logic, on your home or investment property
- The report includes: Property details, Estimated Property value, Sale history, rental value and recently sold properties in your area, Median price of sold properties
- Core logic reports are the same reports that bank valuers use to support their valuations.

What do I need to do?
When it is time for your annual review all you need to do is email us with the most recent statement for your home or investment loan.
Most of our clients either download a statement and a transaction history from internet banking and email this to us. Or you can use this link (My statements) to have bank statements emailed directly to Lenders Domain.
When is my next review?
Lenders Domain will email you on the anniversary of the loan settlement date and advise you that it is time for your annual review.
Please make sure that you update your email address so that we can stay in touch with you.
It’s important that you advise us if
- Anything in your situation changed significantly such as your income, expenses, family size or living arrangements?
- Do you know of anything that may happen in the future which could adversely affect your situation?
